Matt retired from 17 years in law enforcement to pursue his purpose as a transformational coach with his wife. They launched their company, Mind Method Coaching, in 2024 along with their real estate business. Matt’s methods and journey not only inspire but are changing lives. His most recent success story, a SWAT officer from Portland OR, retired after only 4 months of taking their coaching program.
